About & methodology

Independence. MSP Agent Index is run by an MSP practitioner. Rankings and table placement are never for sale. Sponsorships, when offered, are labeled "Sponsored" and sit apart from the comparison data.

Methodology. Every field comes from the vendor's own website, docs, or press releases, and links to its source. If a vendor doesn't publish a fact, we mark it Unknown and don't guess. Pricing shows "quote only" unless it's published. Each profile carries the date it was checked.

Corrections. Vendors can submit corrections with a public source link.
